SCOPE OF WORK: This project consists of repairs to a huge parking structure connected to the Newport Naval War College. Due to the location of the War College right on Narraganset Bay with very salty ocean water, the garage needs many structural repairs. Our scope includes a selective demo of concrete columns, as well as concrete slabs. Once the demo has been completed, we will be re-installing concrete which includes rebar and various mixes of concrete depending on the areas of repair. Our scope also includes electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and water-proofing the exterior of the garage. This is a highly sensitive project.
